Terms of Use

These are the terms that apply when you use ACE Coach App ("ACE", "the service", "we", "us"). We have kept them practical and readable. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

ACE Coach App is operated by Xedge Performance.

What ACE is

ACE Coach App is a psychology-led AI support tool for grassroots youth coaches. It helps you think through parent communication, player behaviour, composure, matchday moments, and team culture.

Who it is for

ACE is intended for coaches aged 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity that takes place under your account.

Acceptable use

Please use ACE respectfully. Do not:

• use the service for anything unlawful
• share prompts intended to harass or harm another person
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• share more personal information about children, parents, or third parties than the situation genuinely needs
• rely on ACE for medical, legal, or safeguarding decisions

Free starter allowance

New accounts receive a one-time starter allowance of free messages so you can try the service without a card. Once used, the free allowance is not restored.

Plans, top-ups, and billing

Paid plans and one-time top-ups are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Top-ups are one-off purchases and do not renew.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Plan & usage area. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access for the remainder of the paid period. 

Access to past conversations

If you cancel a plan, your past conversations remain available in read-only form for a reasonable period so you can refer back to them. Sending new messages requires an active allowance.

No guarantee of outcomes

ACE Coach App offers thinking support, not guarantees. It cannot promise a specific outcome in any conversation with a parent, player, or colleague. You remain the coach — always use your own judgement.

Product boundaries

ACE is not:

• medical advice or therapy
• legal advice
• a safeguarding investigation or emergency service
• a replacement for your club, school, or governing body procedures

If a situation involves welfare concerns, safeguarding issues, self-harm, abuse, injury risk, or formal legal or disciplinary matters, please follow official procedures and contact qualified professionals or emergency services.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep ACE running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, or occasionally pause features to keep the service healthy. Where changes materially affect paid users, we will let you know in advance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ACE Coach App is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
